Four steps from problem to running setup.
The first two steps are qualification, not sales. We would rather end a conversation early than sell a setup that does not fit.
Discovery call
We find out where the problem sits: interfaces, storage, cloud, replay, measurement, timing, battery software, engineering capacity, or a mix.
Problem deep-dive
We understand the issue and sketch a first direction. An NDA is welcome at this stage.
Offer or proof of concept
If the problem is clear: price indication and offer. If value must be shown first: a demo or proof of concept with agreed KPIs and success criteria.
Results and order
We present results, agree scope, price and delivery time, and move to a purchase order. Larger work continues as a project or time-based assignment.
One contact, one architecture, one accountable lead.
You are not coordinating five suppliers and hoping the interfaces match.
Behind the offer sit specialist partners for hardware, software and engineering. We choose them, integrate them and stay responsible for the result.
If your purchasing team prefers to contract a supplier who is already registered, that path stays open.
- A named technical lead for the setup.
- Interfaces and formats agreed in writing before order.
- Commissioning support from delivery to running systems.
- Repeatable documentation, so the next bench copies the first.
Twenty minutes, no slides.
Bring one interface or one blocked test phase. That is enough for a first answer.
